Returns
We want you to love your Auntywoven purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
- Customized or final sale items cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at support@auntywoven.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
