Q:  How long does it take for product delivery?

A: For orders to the United States, the international shipping delivery time is approximately 7-10 days.   Please note there is an additional 5-10days processing time.

Q:  How do I check my order status?

A:  Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking number.  If you have trouble with tracking, please email us at support@auntywoven.com

Q:  Where are your products made?

A:  Our products are made in China.

Q:  Are your products handmade?

A:  Our products are 100% handmade. With each order, you provide an income source for the rural aunties living locally. Thank you for your support.

Q:  Do you stand by your products?

A:  100%!  We stand by the quality of our products.  If you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund you 100%.  Just return it to us in the original packaging and condition.

Q:  Do you offer free shipping and free returns?

A: We offer shipping discounts when your purchase amount meets certain criteria, but we currently do not have free shipping. If you are not satisfied with the products you receive, we accept no-reason returns, but you will need to cover the shipping costs.
